About FPP

We represent the interests of the companies and institutions affiliated in the Federation. We are constantly seeking to increase the quality of functioning of polish companies – both in the country and abroad. We implement the initiatives which are to create responsible, sustainable politics – effective from the employers’ point of view and ensuring high safety for the employees.

We are a member of the Social Dialogue Council, the main goal of which is to ensure the proper development and safety for the most important entities on the Polish labour market – both for employers and employees.

We are listening carefully to the needs of our members. Thanks to this they are always sure that the solutions offered by us are a real answer to their needs.

Although we are the youngest of the representative organizations of the employers, we are dynamically developing.
