KODEKS ETYKI I POSTĘPOWANIA FEDERACJI PRZEDSIĘBIORCÓW POLSKICH

z dnia 14 września 2021 r.

Podstawowym celem i zadaniem Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich jest ochrona praw i reprezentowanie interesów pracodawców zrzeszonych w Federacji.

  

 

 

 

 CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT OF FEDERATION OF POLISH ENTREPRENEURS

Of September 14th, 2021

The primary purpose and task of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs is the protection of interest of employers associated in the Federation.
Wobec rosnącej złożoności współczesności, członkowie Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich uznają, że realizacja celów Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich wymaga nie tylko działania zgodnie z literą prawa oraz rzetelności i fachowości zawodowej, ale także wzmacniania postaw etycznych w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym.   As the complexity of modernity grows, the members of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs recognise that the achievement of aims of the Federation requires not only the adherence to the law and professional reliability and expertise, but also strengthening ethical attitudes in the economic and social life;
Dlatego, aby wzmacniać postawy etyczne, w tym w relacjach ze stroną pracowników, innymi zrzeszeniami pracodawców i organami władzy publicznej, członkowie Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich postanowili związać się zbiorem zasad etyki i reguł postępowania wyrażonych w niniejszym Kodeksie.   Therefore, in order to strengthen the ethical attitudes, including in relations with employees and public authorities, the members of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs decided to bind themselves with the collection of ethical principles and rules of conduct as expressed in this Code.
§ 1. Postanowienia ogólne   § 1. General Provisions
1. Zasady zwarte w niniejszym Kodeksie wynikają z wartości ogólnoludzkich, w tym moralności i dobrych obyczajów, które powinny kierować wszystkimi uczestnikami życia społecznego, w tym życia gospodarczego.   1. The principles contained in this Code stem form general human values, including morality and decency, which should direct all participants in social life, including business life.
2. Zasady określone w niniejszym Kodeksie obowiązują członków Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i członków związków pracodawców zrzeszonych w Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich, a także członków ich władz i zatrudnionych przez Federację Przedsiębiorców Polskich i te związki.   2. The principles defined in this Code are binding on all members of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and the members of associations of employers associated in the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, as well as members of their authorities and persons employed by the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and these associations.
3. Członkowie Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i związków pracodawców zrzeszonych w Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich będą dążyć do wdrażania zasad niniejszego Kodeksu przez swoich pracowników, współpracowników i kontrahentów.   3. The members of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and associations of employers associated in the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs shall endeavour to implement the principles of this Code by their employers, associates and business partners.
4. Określenia użyte w niniejszym Kodeksie mają następujące znaczenie:   4. The notions used in this Code shall have the following meaning:
1) Federacja – Federacja Przedsiębiorców Polskich, władze Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich oraz zatrudnieni przez Federację Przedsiębiorców Polskich;   1) the Federation – the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, the authorities of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and persons employed by the Federation of the Polish Entrepreneurs.
2) członkowie Federacji – członkowie Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich, w tym związki pracodawców zrzeszone w Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich, i członkowie związków pracodawców zrzeszonych w Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich;   2) the members of the Federation – the members of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, including associations of employers associated in the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, members of associations of employers associated in the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs;
3) władze Federacji – następujące gremia i osoby:   3) the authorities of the Federation – the following collective bodies and persons:
a) przewodniczący i sekretarz Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich, Zarząd Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i jego członkowie, Komisja Rewizyjna Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i jej członkowie,   a) the chairman and secretary of the General Meeting of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, the Management Board of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and its members, the Audit Committee of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and its members;
b) Rada Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i jej członkowie,   b) the Council of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and its members;
c) przewodniczący i sekretarz Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Członków Oddziału Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich, Zarząd Oddziału Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i jego członkowie oraz Komisja Rewizyjna Oddziału Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich i jej członkowie.   c) the chairman and secretary of the General Meeting of the Branch of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, the Management Board of the Branch of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and its members, the Audit Committee of the Branch of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs ant its members;
§ 2. Stosunek do Statutu i innych zasad   § 2. Relation to the Statute and other principles
1. Postanowienia niniejszego Kodeksu nie uchybiają zobowiązaniom wynikającym ze Statutu Federacji i obowiązujących uchwał jej władz.   1. The provisions of this Code are without prejudice to obligations stemming from the Statute of the Federation and binding resolutions of its authorities.
2. Zasady określone w niniejszym Kodeksie są wspólne dla wszystkich członków Federacji i nie ograniczają, ale wspierają, stosowanie innych zbiorów zasad etycznych, zwłaszcza zasad etyki właściwych poszczególnym branżom i zawodom.   2. The principles defined in this Code are common to all the members of the Federation and do not limit, but support application of other sets of ethical principles, in particular the ones governing particular sectors of business and professions.
§ 3. Równe traktowanie   § 3. Equal treatment
1. Federacja zapewnia równe traktowanie wszystkich swoich członków i osoby zatrudnione.   1. The Federation shall ensure equal treatment of all its members and employed persons.
2. Poszanowanie zasady równości i godności ludzkiej jest warunkiem członkostwa w Federacji, powołania do władz Federacji i zatrudnienia w Federacji.   2. Respect of the principle of equality and human dignity is the condition of membership in the Federation, appointment to the authorities of the Federation and employment at the Federation.
3. Podejmowanie przez Federację inicjatyw dotyczących niektórych członków Federacji nie narusza zasady równego traktowania członków Federacji.   3. Taking an initiative by the Federation which concern certain members of the the Federation does not violate the principle of equal treatment of the members of the Federation.
§ 4. Stosunki wewnątrz Federacji   § 4. Relations inside the Federation
1. Członkowie Federacji, członkowie władz Federacji i zatrudnieni przez Federację będą we wzajemnych stosunkach kierowali się szacunkiem, zaufaniem i dobrymi obyczajami.   1. The members of the Federation, members of the authorities of the Federation and the employed by the Federation shall direct themselves in relations among themselves by respect, trust and decency.
2. Członkowie Federacji, w sprawach objętych działaniem Federacji, będą w dobrej wierze dążyć do zrozumienia stanowiska innych członków Federacji.   2. The members of the Federation, in matters within the scope of activity of the Federation, shall in good faith endeavour to understand the positions of other members.
3. Żaden członek Federacji nie będzie oczekiwał podejmowania przez Federację działań, które mogą być niekorzystne dla innych członków Federacji, chyba że przemawia za nimi interes publiczny lub ogólny interes Federacji i jej członków.   3. No member of the Federation shall expect from the Federation to take actions which may be adverse for other members of the Federation, unless public interest or general interest of the Federation or its members argues for them.
4. Członkowie władz Federacji będą dążyć do uwzględniania w największym możliwym stopniu interesów wszystkich członków Federacji.   4. The members of the authorities of the Federation shall endeavour to take account of the interests of all members of the Federation to the widest extent possible.
5. W zakresie działania Federacji, władze Federacji i członkowie Federacji będą dążyć do rozwiązywania sporów w drodze polubownej.   5. Within the scope of activity of the Federation, the authorities of the Federation and the members of the Federation shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably.
§ 5. Spotkania i korespondencja   § 5. Meetings and correspondence
1. Władze Federacji, członkowie Federacji i osoby przez nich zatrudnione oraz zaproszeni goście zobowiązani się do nie ujawniania przebiegu i wyników spotkania zorganizowanego przez Federację i korespondencji z Federacją lub z udziałem Federacji, chyba że co innego zostanie wyraźnie ustalone.   1. The authorities of the Federation, and persons employed thereby and invited guests are obliged to keep the course of and the result of a meeting organized by the Federation and the correspondence with or with participation of the Federation undisclosed, unless otherwise is expressly decided.
2. Utrwalanie przebiegu każdego spotkania zorganizowanego przez Federacji jest dozwolone tylko po uprzednim poinformowaniu wszystkich uczestników spotkania. Każdy uczestnik spotkania może sprzeciwić się utrwalaniu.   2. Recording of the course of any meeting organized by the Federation is allowed after all participants have been informed thereof. Every participant of the meeting may oppose the recording.
3. W przypadku spotkań zorganizowanych w lokalu Federacji, innym miejscu zapewnionym przez Federację lub spotkaniu zorganizowanych przez Federację za pomocą środków bezpośredniego porozumiewania się na odległość, personel Federacji i członkowie Federacji zobowiązani są poinformować zaproszonych przez siebie gości o regułach wynikających z niniejszego Kodeksu.   3. In meetings organized at the premises of the Federation, other places provided by the Federation or meetings arranged by the Federation by means of measures of direct communication at a distance, the personnel of the Federation and the members of the Federation are obliged to instruct the guests they invited on rules stemming from this Code.
4. Członek Zarządu Federacji, lub inna osoba wyznaczona z ramienia Federacji, odpowiedzialni za spotkanie w lokalu Federacji, innym miejscu zapewnionym przez Federację lub spotkanie odbywające za pomocą środków bezpośredniego komunikowania się, muszą być uprzednio zawiadomieni na piśmie lub za pomocą poczty elektronicznej o tematach, które mają być poruszone na spotkaniu, nie później niż na 2 dni robocze naprzód.   4. A member of the Management Board of the Federation, or other person appointed on behalf of the Federation, responsible for a meeting at the Federation’s premises, other place provided by the Federation or a meeting held by means of measures of direct communication, must be notified in advance in writing or by means of electronic mail about the subjects, which are to be discussed at the meeting, no later then 2 working days in advance.
§ 6. Stosunki z innymi interesariuszami   § 6. Relations with other stakeholders
1. Federacja dba o dobre imię Federacji i jej członków.   1. The Federation cares about reputation of the Federation and its members.
2. Federacja nie wykorzystuje żadnych bezprawnych, nagannych etycznie lub niewłaściwych sposobów nawiązywania lub utrzymywania kontaktów z innymi interesariuszami życia publicznego, przedsiębiorcami i ich personelem, w szczególności nie toleruje obietnic i wręczania korzyści majątkowych i osobistych przedstawicielom władz publicznych.   2. The Federation shall not use any unlawful, ethically reprehensible ways of establishing or maintaining relations with other stakeholders of public life, entrepreneurs and their personnel, in particular does not tolerate making promises and providing material and personal benefits to the representatives of the public authorities.
3. Członkowie władz Federacji i osoby zatrudnione przez Federację w wykonywaniu swoich obowiązków na rzecz Federacji i jej członków nie będą przedkładać interesu osobistego na interes Federacji i jej członków.   3. The members of the authorities of the Federation and persons employed by the Federation while performing their duties towards the Federation and its members shall not prefer their personal interest to the interest of the Federation and their members.
4. Członkowie Federacji nie będą bez uprzedniego uzgodnienia z władzami Federacji występowali na zewnątrz powołując się na Federację.   4. The members of the Federation shall not appear publicly invoking the Federation without prior agreement with the authorities of the Federation.
§ 7. Przestrzeganie prawa   § 7. Adherence to the law
1. Federacja wykonuje swoje zadania z poszanowaniem prawa, w szczególności nie uczestniczy i nie ułatwia w jakikolwiek sposób praktyk, które naruszają lub mogą naruszać przepisy prawa obowiązującego lub zmierzać do jego obejścia.   1. The Federation shall perform its duties in adherence to the law, in particular it shall not participate and shall not facilitate in any way practices which violate or may violate the provisions of the law in force or practices which may lead to its circumvention.
2. Członkowie Federacji nie będą kierowali do Federacji i innych członków Federacji oczekiwań, które bezpośrednio lub pośrednio mogą prowadzić do naruszeń prawa lub obejścia prawa.   2. The member of the Federation shall not address to the Federation and other members of the Federation expectations which directly or indirectly may result in violation of the law or circumvention thereof.
3. Wykonując obowiązki wobec Federacji, członkowie władz Federacji i zatrudnieni przez Federację nie będą angażowali się jakiekolwiek dyskusje, negocjacje i inną wymianę informacji, bez względu na formę i miejsce, które rodzą lub mogą rodzić podejrzenie, że mogą być sprzeczne z prawem lub zmierzać do obejścia prawa, w szczególności w dziedzinach:   3. The members of the authorities of the Federation and the employed by the Federation while performing their duties towards the Federation shall not engage in discussions, negotiations and any other exchange of information, regardless of its form and place, which result or may result in suspicion that they may be contrary to the law or lead to the circumvention of the law, in particular in the areas of:
1) prawa konkurencji,   1) competition law;
2) prawa o zwalczaniu nieuczciwej konkurencji,   2) law on combating unfair competition;
3) prawa antykorupcyjnego,   3) anti-corruption law;
4) prawa dotyczącego prania brudnych pieniędzy   4) law concerning money laundering,
5) prawa podatkowego, zwłaszcza dotyczącego zapobiegania unikaniu opodatkowania   5) tax law, in particular concerning prevention of tax avoidance
– a także odpowiednich regulacji prawa Unii Europejskiej i prawa obcego.   – as well as respective regulations of the law of the European Union and foreign laws.
4. Członkowie władz Federacji zobowiązani są zapewnić, że do zachowań, o których mowa w ust. 2, nie dochodzi w lokalu Federacji, w innych miejscach zapewnionych przez Federację lub w trakcie zorganizowanych przez Federację kontaktów za pomocą środków bezpośredniego porozumiewania się na odległość, w tym w trakcie wydarzeń zorganizowanych pod auspicjami lub patronatem Federacji. Członkowie Federacji każdorazowo uszanują prośbę przedstawiciela Federacji o zaprzestanie zachowania wymienionego w zdaniu pierwszym, opuszczenie lokalu lub miejsca zapewnionego przez Federację albo wykluczenie z wydarzenia odbywanego za pomocą środków bezpośredniego porozumiewania się na odległość.   4. The members of the authorities of the Federation are obliged to ensure that behaviours referred to in section 2 do not occur at the Federation’s premises, other places arranged by the Federation or during contacts organized by the Federation held by means of measures of direct communication at a distance, including events organized under the auspices of or the patronage of the Federation. The members of the Federation on every occasion shall respect the request of the Federation’s representative to stop behaviour referred to in the previous sentence, leave the premises or place arranged by the Federation or exclusion from the event held by means of measures of a direct communication at a distance.
5. Jeżeli temat spotkania zorganizowanego przez Federację lub przy pomocy Federacji wzbudza podejrzenie co do zgodności z niniejszym Kodeksem, członek Zarządu Federacji lub inna osoba wyznaczona z ramienia Federacji może zażądać zmiany tematu spotkania, odmówić wstępu do lokalu Federacji lub miejsca zapewnionego przez Federację lub przerwać spotkanie, także odbywane za pomocą środków bezpośredniego komunikowania się, którego faktyczny przedmiot wzbudza podejrzenia co do zgodności z niniejszym Kodeksem. O każdym takim przypadku niezwłocznie zostanie zawiadomiony Zarząd Federacji.   5. If the subject matter of a meeting organized by the Federation or with a assistance of the Federation raises suspicion regarding its conformity with this Code, the member of the Management Board of the Federation or other person appointed on behalf of the Federation may demand change of the subject matter of the meeting, deny access to the premises of the Federation or a place arranged by the Federation or interrupt the meeting, including one held by means of measures of direct communication at a distance, where the actual subject matter thereof raises suspicion regarding its conformity with this Code. The Management Board of the Federation shall be informed about each such occasion.
6. Postanowienia ust. 1-5 dotyczą także wszelkich dyskusji, negocjacji i innej wymiany informacji, których przedmiot dotyczy praktyk i zachowań sprzecznych z prawem.   6. The provisions of sections 1-5 concern also any discussion, negotiation or other exchange of information which concern practices and behaviours contrary with the law.
§ 8. Przestrzeganie prawa konkurencji   § 8. Adherence to the competition law
1. Federacja i członkowie Federacji uznają, że wolna i równa konkurencja jest niezbędna do rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznego, przy czym jednocześnie uznają obowiązek bezwzględnego przestrzegania ram i ograniczeń konkurencji określonych w przepisach prawa.   1. The Federation and the members of the Federation shall recognise that free and equal competition is necessary for the economic and social development, and simultaneously recognise the duty to strictly adhere to the framework and limits of competition defined in the law.
2. Członkowie Federacji nie będą angażowali Federacji, członków jej władz i osób zatrudnionych przez Federację w uzgadniania praktyk rynkowych lub wymianę informacji rynkowych z konkurentami, które mogą skutkować naruszeniem prawa, w szczególności w uzgadnianie i wymianę informacji dotyczących:   2. The members of the Federation shall not engage the Federation, the members of its authorities and persons employed by the Federation in agreeing on market practices or exchanges of market information with competitors, which may result in breaches of law, in particular in agreeing and exchange of information concerning:
1) cen, rabatów i innych elementów polityki cenowej;   1) prices, rebates and other elements of pricing policy;
2) udziałów w rynku i strategii rynkowej, w tym strategii ubiegania się o kontrakty w przetargach lub kierunkach ekspansji branżowej i terytorialnej;   2) shares in the market and market strategies, including strategies to obtain contracts in tenders or directions of expansion with regard to sectors of business or territory;
3) tajemnic przedsiębiorstw i innych informacji poufnych., w tym informacji o klientach i partnerach handlowych;   3) trade secrets and other secret information, including information on clients and business partners;
4) aktualnej, planowanej lub spodziewanej wielkości obrotów lub produkcji, planów rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa i planów inwestycyjnych oraz kampanii reklamowych;   4) current, intended or expected turnover or volume of production, plans of development of the enterprise or advertising campaigns;
5) bojkotu i innych akcji zbiorowego zachowania na rynku.   5) boycott or other collective behaviour on the market.
3. W przypadku, gdy właściwy organ władzy publicznej zwróci się do Federacji o wyjaśnienia dotyczące zachowania członków Federacji, członkowie Federacji udzielą Federacji wszelkiej prawie dopuszczalnej pomocy.   3. Where the competent public authority requests the Federation to furnish explanations concerning behaviour of members of the Federation, the members of the Federation shall provide the Federation with all legally allowed assistance.
4. Członkowie Federacji nie będą uchylać się od odpowiedzialności finansowej za kary finansowe nałożone na Federację w związku z ich zachowaniami.   4. The members of the Federation shall not avoid financial responsibility for the financial penalties imposed on the Federation in relation to their behaviours.
5. Każdy członek Federacji i Zarząd Federacji zobowiązują się wzajemnie niezwłocznie informować o wszelkich postępowaniach przed sądami i organami władzy publicznej, które w jakimkolwiek stopniu lub formie mogą dotyczyć Federacji lub danego członka Federacji, chyba że przekazanie takiej informacji jest niedozwolone prawnie lub naruszałoby ważne interesy Federacji lub tego członka Federacji, w szczególności prawo do obrony.   5. Every member of the Federation and the Management Board of the Federation are obliged to mutually inform themselves immediately about all the proceedings before the courts and public authorities which to any extent or in any form may concern the Federation or the member of the Federation, unless the provision of such information is prohibited by the law or would prejudice interests of the Federation, in particular right to defence.
6. Postanowienia ust. 2-5 nie wyłączają wymiany ogólnych uwag na temat rozwoju gospodarczego lub trendów rynkowych, lub rynków, na których uczestnicy wymiany tych uwag nie konkurują i nie zamierzają konkurować.   6. The provisions of sections 2-5 shall not exclude exchanges of general remarks on economic development or market trends or on markets where the parties to these exchanges do not compete or do not intend to compete.
§ 9. Wystąpienia publiczne   § 9. Public appearances
1. Członkowie Federacji i osoby przez nich zatrudnione zobowiązani są do dbania o dobre imię Federacji i członków Federacji.   1. The members of the Federation and persons employed thereby are obliged to care about reputation of the Federation and the members of the Federation.
2. Każde wystąpienie publiczne, publikacja, wystąpienie przed organami władzy publicznej lub innymi interesariuszami życia publicznego, w imieniu lub powołując się na Federację, musi być uprzednio uzgodnione z Zarządem Federacji lub osobą wyznaczaną przez Zarząd Federacji.   2. Every public appearance, publication, appearance before the public authorities or other stakeholders of the public life on behalf or invoking the Federation must in advance be agreed upon with the Management Board of the Federation or a person appointed by the Management Board of the Federation.
3. Osoby występujące w imieniu Federacji lub w okolicznościach sugerujących występowanie w imieniu Federacji nie mogą zajmować stanowiska sprzecznego ze stanowiskiem Federacji i wyrażać poglądów skrajnych lub nie popartych faktami.   3. Persons appearing on behalf of the Federation or under circumstances suggesting appearing on behalf of the Federation must not present position contrary to the position of the Federation and express extreme views or views not supported by facts.
4. Osoba, która ujawnia swoje związki z Federacją, w szczególności w publikacjach i w mediach społecznościowych, powinna wyraźnie i jednoznacznie oddzielać wypowiedzi w imieniu Federacji od innych wypowiedzi.   4. Any person who discloses their associations with the Federation, in particular in publications and social media, must clearly and unequivocally separate statement made on behalf the Federation from other statements.
§ 10. Neutralność polityczna i światopoglądowa   § 10. Political and worldview neutrality
1. Federacja jako organizacja pracodawców w granicach demokratycznego państwa prawnego zachowuje neutralność polityczną i światopoglądową.   1. The Federation as a organization of employers shall maintain political and worldview neutrality within the boundaries of democratic state of rule of law.
2. Członkowie władz Federacji, osoby zatrudnione przez Federację i członkowie Federacji na forum Federacji nie będą demonstrować poglądów politycznych i zapatrywań światopoglądowych.   2. The members of the Federation, persons employed by the Federation and the members of the Federation shall not demonstrate political views and worldview opinions on the Federation’s arena.
3. Na wydarzeniach o charakterze politycznym, w szczególności w ramach kampanii wyborczych i zgromadzeń partii politycznych, członkowie władz Federacji i osoby zatrudnione przez Federacje mogą przedstawiać wyłącznie stanowisko Federacji. Osoby inne niż członkowie Zarządu Federacji na wydarzeniach o charakterze politycznym mogą występować w imieniu Federacji powołując się na Federację wyłącznie po uprzednim uzgodnieniu z Zarządem lub odpowiedzialnym członkiem Zarządu Federacji.   3. During events of political character, in particular within framework of election campaigns and political parties gatherings, the members of the Federation and persons employed by the Federation may present only the position of the Federation. Persons other then the members of the Management Board may appear during events of political character on behalf of the Federation or invoking the Federation only after prior consultation with the Management Board of the Federation or responsible member of the Management Board of the Federation.
4. Postanowienie ust. 3 nie wyłącza udziału w wydarzeniach politycznych bez demonstrowania związków z Federacją.   4. Provision of section 3 does not exclude participation in political events without demonstrating links to the Federation.
§ 11. Informowanie o niewłaściwych i nieetycznych zachowaniach   §. 11. Informing about improper or unethical behaviours
1. Każdy członek Federacji, członek władz Federacji lub zatrudniony przez Federację może zgłosić Przewodniczącemu Federacji lub innemu członkowi Zarządu Federacji przypadki niewłaściwego lub nieetycznego zachowania innego członka Federacji, członka władz Federacji lub zatrudnionego przez Federację.   1. Every member of the Federation, member of the authorities of the Federation or employed by the Federation may notify the Chairman of the Federation or another member of the Management Board of the Federation of instances of improper or unethical behaviour of other member of the Federation, member of the authorities of the Federation or employed by the Federation.

Notification of improper or unethical behaviour must not entail negative consequences for the whistleblower. The whistleblower is responsible for false notification.
3. Ujawnienie osoby zgłaszającej w dobrej wierze niewłaściwe lub nieetyczne zachowanie jest zachowaniem nieetycznym.   3. Disclosure of the whistleblower’s identity who notified improper or unethical behaviour in good faith is an unethical behaviour.
